Our privacy statement:  

We take customer privacy seriously and do not sell or give out any customer information. We do not keep a mailing list nor distribute a newsletter.  We do not keep credit card or banking information on file for any of our customers. We do not post photos of the animals while they in our care.

We are located outside of Binbrook, Ontario on a rural property.  In addition to overnight boarding, we offer our boarding clients leashed walks on our groomed trail in a fenced-in field, baths and nail trimming and one-on-one playtime with staff.

Our staff are all animal lovers (and owners) who take the responsibility of caring for our clients seriously. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for your pet.

We are a certified Fear Free facility and a member of the International Boarding and Pet Services Association and Pets Canada.​

We are a certified Fear Free facility that is committed to ensuring your pet is cared for in a way that reduces stress and anxiety.  We want your pet to have a relaxing stay, feeling loved and supported.

Leashed walks on our walking trail or playtime in our enriched play areas one-on-one with a staff member are available for your pet upon request. Dogs spend time with the staff or another dog from the same household.  We do not offer group play unless the dogs come from the same household or family group. Inquire about fees.

We are set up to accommodate all temperaments of dogs.  Small animals such as rabbits, gerbils and ferrets are welcome - they are housed separately from the dogs.

Our secure facility offers 24 hour video surveillance to ensure the safety of your pet, climate control and soothing background music.  We also use relaxing scents to reduce stress.

There are no hidden or additional charges for giving medications or for feeding special diets.  We also do not charge a premium for holidays.​
